    Responsibilities:
    software development in Visual Studio 2005 coding VB, and using C# and C++ to transform DOS based Tinsley-ware into a GUI Windows environment, with applications including reading in tag line text files, forms with error checking, and altering data sets/formats for polishing optics to sub-nanometer level specs; project management, which includes customer interactions, scheduling, and coordinating internal teams of technicians and engineers; 3D CAD design in SolidWorks for fabrication of tooling necessary to manufacture the optics and subassemblies, data analysis for polishing the optics. The projects I managed last year won the company further orders worth millions of dollars.
