My first encounter with pastels is still very much
dear to me. I originally named this piece yin
kundalini yang after an almost unbearable
awakening of power I experienced from
long nights and mornings of tribal
trance dance to goa music. After
staring at it for years in my
room, I name it after all
the ideas that I have
conceived from its
very presence.
