    Led the platform modernization of a high-growth parking e-commerce application. Spearheaded the refactor of core architecture to Next.js and GraphQL, enabling high-traffic event management.

    The Challenge

    The platform needed to scale rapidly to support high-traffic events like the Q2 Stadium launch, but legacy architecture was holding back performance.

    The Solution

    Rebuilt core pages using Next.js (ISR/SSR) and GraphQL. Implemented Lambda@Edge for optimized delivery and Google Optimize for A/B testing.

    The Result

    Doubled Lighthouse performance scores and successfully handled the Q2 Stadium launch traffic. Introduced data-driven decision making via A/B testing.
