I directly consulted with the CEO on technical decisions, hiring, and VP of Engineering responsibilities—collaborating with a cross-functional team of 3 engineers and 1 designer to develop and ship innovative engineering solutions. I assessed technology trends for long-term engineering strategies, positioning the company for scalability during the user acceptance testing (UAT) phase.
